  • 1/2 cup Almond Milk
  • 1 Small papaya, peeled, seeded and diced
  • 1/2 cup Sliced strawberries
  • 25 mg CBD Oil
  • Pour your milk in first and then add the rest of your fresh ingredients. Frozen is fine too, but you’ll need to adjust the milk to get the consistency you want. You can always add in a splash of water.

  • Blend until smooth

2. CBD Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

  • Glass & Straw

  • 1 cup Almond, Oat or Dairy Milk
  • 1 Frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp Pure maple syrup
  • 2/3 cup Pumpkin puree OR pumpkin pie puree
  • 25 mg CBD oil
  • 1 cup Ice
  • Add all of the ingredients to the blender in the order listed. Blend on high for at least 2 minutes or until smooth – this may take longer if your blender isn’t very strong. Scrape down the sides of the blender as needed.

  • Add more milk to thin out if it is too thick. Add a couple more ice cubes for a thicker texture, if desired.

3. Almond Chocolate CBD Smoothie

  • 1/2 handful Raw, unsalted almonds You can grind these up after and sprinkle them on top
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp Swerve sugar replacement instead of maple syrup
  • 25 mg CBD Oil
  • Pouring the liquids in first, then followed by the dry ingredients and butter,spinach, CBD oil, mix for at least 2 minutes until blended together.

  • You can always add extra milk or water to thin it out, or if it’s too thin then add a few cubes of ice.

  • Serve and enjoy!

  • 1/2 cup Frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup Canned pineapple chunks save the juice
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt plain
  • 1/2 cup Pineapple juice leftover from the can
  • 1 dash Ground cinnamon just a pinch
  • 1 dash Himalayan salt just a pinch
  • 25 mg CBD Oil
  • Blend all ingredients together until smooth

  • If it’s too thick, add more milk or water and if it’s too thin, add a few ice cubes until it’s the desired consistency.
