Murder Plot Can’t End Calif. Pot Business’s Receivership

Law360 (February 25, 2021, 7:46 PM EST) — A California marijuana business owned by two feuding former business partners will remain in receivership at the request of one of the men, despite the fact that he is facing criminal charges for allegedly soliciting the other partner’s murder, a state appellate court said on Wednesday.
